Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Working for North America's largest privately owned staffing firm, Steve Hoffman began his career as an Account Executive who excelled in direct hire placement services. Steve focused on recruiting accounting professionals, top-performing sales representatives, and accomplished leaders of various business segments. This success led Steve Hoffman to several promotions before becoming one of the few Regional Vice Presidents in an organization of nearly 3,000 employees.

During a five-year hiatus from the recruitment world, Steve was a General Manager for a broadband services company. It was this experience that gave Steve an in-depth understanding of the business model of an internet service provider. Steve understands the challenges ISPs face, the roles critical to the organization's success, and the importance of providing competitive, reliable service to its customers.

Ultimately, Steve left the corporate world to combine his recruiting expertise with his broadband leadership experience. This combination has given Steve Hoffman an absolute advantage in working today's broadband, ISP, and telecom recruiting.
